For our Education Center at the Uelzen site, we are looking for a Head of Education Center (m/f/d) as a temporary parental leave replacement until September 2026 at the earliest possible date.

• Strategic and operational management of the school in pedagogical, organizational, administrative, business and communication matters
• Personnel responsibility for teachers and other employees
• Developing and implementing the school program and ensuring quality standards in the school
• Collaboration with other business units of the company (clinic management, nursing service and medical service)
• Collaboration with internal and external cooperation partners (local and national)
• A varied, attractive field of work and tasks

Completed vocational training as a nurse or nursing specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in a healthcare profession, e.g. OTA, ATA etc.

Completed pedagogical university degree (nursing pedagogy, medical pedagogy, etc.) at Master's or comparable level

Professional experience in teaching, preferably in a managerial position, coupled with a high degree of responsibility

"Out-of-the-box" thinking and enjoy implementing innovative and creative concepts as well as communication skills

High level of professional and social competence
