Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x) you support our HR Service Team in all matters related to the Employee Life Cycle and have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into the topic of HR management.

• Your key responsibilities include administrative activities, including the preparation of employment contracts and certificates, and the systematic handling of changes in working hours.

• Active collaboration with various internal and external contacts is also part of your daily work.

• You will also receive an individual induction and a variety of opportunities for personal development.

• You are currently studying (Business) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable degree program, and you bring enthusiasm for Human Relations, ideally complemented by initial experience in the HR environment.

• You are characterized by open and empathetic communication as well as an independent and structured way of working, whereby a high sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you is a matter of course.

• Furthermore, you have good MS Office skills and a quick grasp, which enables you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems."
