Your tasks?

• As an intern (m/f/x) in the Workplace & Office Management department, you will support our team in incoming goods, including customs clearance, parcel acceptance and shipping.

• Your tasks will include supporting the ordering and acceptance of software licenses as well as the creation, description and optimization of processes.

• You will gain insights into facility management and actively shape space planning, workplaces and the maintenance of our buildings.

• In addition, you will support us in commissioning and managing service providers as well as in organizing and moderating appointments and meetings.

• If required, you will also be involved in cross-team topics of our Governance & Business Services business unit.

Your profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) in the field of real estate management, business administration or a comparable course of study and are looking for an internship from the summer semester 2026 onwards in which you can apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice.

• In addition, you will be able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and will be happy to take responsibility for your activities.

• You are characterized by your reliability, solution-oriented way of working and empathetic communication.

• You want to work on site together with your colleagues in the office in Ulm and would like to actively support the team with your hands-on mentality - in short, you are a real team player.

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
