Hydro Extrusions is a world-leading aluminium extrusion business counting around 100 production sites in 40 countries and employing 20,000 people. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of complex closed‑cavity façade projects in both national and international markets. You will take end‑to‑end ownership of façade system projects – from initial client engagement and concept development through detailed engineering to execution on site. Working as part of an experienced, interdisciplinary team, you will actively help shape innovative façade solutions and drive projects forward within a dynamic, project‑driven environment.

What you will be doing
- Contribute to the acquisition, planning, development, and implementation of national and international closed‑cavity façade projects
- Provide project management and technical support in the areas of solar shading, dry‑air systems, building physics, and structural design, working closely with internal and external project partners and suppliers
- Independently design, plan, and execute tests and system validations, including the further development of testing methods and interdisciplinary evaluation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Actively contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the closed‑cavity façade system, as well as additional innovative façade concept
What will make you successful?
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, combined with a structured and solution‑oriented working style
- Strong team spirit and enthusiasm for challenging, varied tasksInterest in international projects and willingness to travel
- Experience in construction project management is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Proficiency in CAD applications
- High level of self‑motivation and enjoyment of working independently and taking ownership
- Solid knowledge of standard MS Office applications
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in or initial experience with building physics, measurement technology, technical systems, or closed‑cavity façade systems is considered a plus
