• Responsibility for implementing the Rheinmetall risk management process for the Tactical Vehicles business unit
• Identifying projects and developing appropriate measures and proposals for risk mitigation in collaboration with customer project teams and specialist departments
• Acting as a point of contact for auditors, risk process managers, and central specialist departments
• Liaising between headquarters and operational units on all risk management issues
• Organizing and conducting training courses and workshops

The position is initially limited to two years.

• Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or a comparable field
• Experience in project controlling
• Further training as a certified risk manager (m/f/d) desirable
• Very good MS Office skills
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken
• Communication and assertiveness skills, ability to work in a team, and independent working style
