Aufgaben
As a Systems Engineer (m/f/d) you are responsible for the development of a functional system that meets all the specified requirements and is balanced across its lifecycle. In doing so, you lead, communicate, monitor and coordinate the tasks of the technical team with the aim of optimizing the overall effectiveness of the system and project. Your main tasks are:
- Analysis of stakeholder requirements
- Definition of technical requirements
- Logical / functional decomposition of the system into subsystems and assemblies
- Creation of technical requirements for subsystems and assemblies and transfer to suppliers and implementing domains (mechanical, electrical, software)
- Coordination, observation and documentation of the implementation, integration, verification and validation of the system
- Technical management during development (technical planning, management of requirements, interfaces and risks)
It is possible to specialize in a Systems Engineering sub-discipline (e.g. requirements management or safety engineering).
Profil
- Successfully completed studies in the fields of systems engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering
- Several years of professional experience as a systems engineer (m/f/d)
- In-depth experience in the application of systems engineering tools (Doors and Enterprise Architect) advantageous
- Military background advantageous
- Broad technical knowledge and profound technical judgment
- Very good two-way communication as a team member and manager
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a high level of initiative
- Willingness to take occasional national business trips
