About Fondue Villa & the Cheezzii Experience

At Fondue Villa, we serve more than just fondue — we create memorable, cheesy experiences.

Our “Cheezzii Experience” blends delicious Swiss traditions with a fun, relaxed atmosphere, a touch of humour, and warm hospitality. Guests don’t just come for the food — they come for the story, the smiles, and that unforgettable cheese moment they’ll share with friends for years to come.

On top of our famous fondue dinners, we regularly host cheesy activities such as interactive fondue workshops, behind-the-scenes cheese tour visits to local producers, and fondue & sledding adventures in the Swiss Alps — plus many more unique cheese-inspired events designed to make every visit truly special.

Tasks

  • Fully run our Fondue Villa location – as if it’s your own business.
  • Be on the floor 5 days a week, leading by example and staying close to your team and guests.
  • Lead, train, and keep your team motivated and happy.
  • Create unforgettable moments, both at the table and during our cheesy activities (fondue workshops, tours, and sledding nights).
  • Make sure guests have an amazing experience from the moment they walk in until their last bite.
  • Keep the place running smoothly – from stock and planning to team schedules and guest satisfaction.
  • Solve problems quickly and keep things moving, even when it’s busy.
  • Track and boost our online reviews — you love seeing 5 stars pop up and are determined to keep our current 4.8 rating on 1,300+ reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years’ experience in hospitality.
  • Team leadership experience — you know how to get the best out of people.
  • Strong English skills, German is a big advantage.
  • Good with responsibility — you enjoy making decisions.
  • Positive, organized, flexible, and solution-focused.
  • Someone who actually loves hospitality — you want guests to leave smiling.
  • European Passport
