Your mission

That’s why we do everything we can to make the path to a company bike as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our customers. As a Working Student / Temporary Assistant in Customer Service (gn), you’ll support us in guiding companies and employees through our well-structured leasing process. You’ll help answer questions and provide information – ideally putting a smile on someone’s face in the process.

• You respond to customer inquiries via phone and email – always friendly, solution-oriented, and with a smile in your voice
• You carefully maintain and update customer data in our system
• You communicate professionally with lessees, retailers, and service providers, ensuring smooth processes
• You support our team with internal projects and actively contribute to the ongoing development of our customer support

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student or have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• You are available to work in the late afternoon and on Saturdays
• You’re eager to learn new topics and enjoy being a hands-on team player
• You’re communicative, service-oriented, and known for your reliable, accurate, and independent way of working
• You’re confident using MS Office, and ideally have first experience with CRM systems
• You speak at least business-fluent German (C1)
