Job description
- You will be responsible for the precise sewing of high-quality sunshades and modern sun protection solutions according to specified patterns and technical templates
- In addition, you will be responsible for the operation and regular maintenance of the specialised industrial sewing machines within your daily production
- Furthermore, you will supervise the professional preparation of the textiles and ensure compliance with the high quality standards during your work.
- The precise control of the finished seams for tear resistance and optical accuracy is also part of your responsible daily tasks
- As part of your job, you support the team in the implementation of individual customer requests and special custom-made products in the textile sector
- In addition, you support the optimisation of work processes in the sewing department to ensure efficient production of the products
Requirements
- A completed apprenticeship as a textile and fashion sewer (m/f/d), upholsterer (m/f/d) or technical garment maker (m/f/d) is required
- In addition, you have sound practical experience in handling professional industrial sewing machines and in processing heavy fabrics
- Your German language skills at a good to very good level, both written and spoken, characterise you for internal communication
- Furthermore, you have a high level of manual dexterity and a pronounced dexterity for fine sewing work
- Finally, you are mobile by owning your own car to be able to reach the workplace in Uttenweiler reliably
- In addition to your professional expertise, you also bring a valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany
