Your tasks:
This is an internship Student IT Support role, onsite in Valencia. The intern will:
- Give support to IT colleagues on first level issues for Spain mainly.
- Assist on technical solutions por hardware and software issues that may arise.
- Support on the configuration of the computers and devices. Including internal networks
- Contribute on documentation in IT
Your skills:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. You will need to be able to sign a university agreement.
- You want to learn about networks and device setups.
- You enjoy the challenges that a growing company brings with it and you face them with a great focus on solutions and a hands-on mentality. You work very reliably, precisely, and independently.
- You enjoy exchanging ideas and helping your colleagues and communicating openly and confidently at all external and internal interfaces.
- Good English skills. Due to the international orientation of the team, good English skills are a prerequisite. If you furthermore also speak German than you’re the best fit
