Position Summary

As a "Senior Earned Media and Experiential Manager”, you will be responsible for leading and elevating the brand presence through compelling storytelling, influential partnerships, and high-impact experiential activations. You will serve as the strategic backbone of all earned brand media initiatives, seamlessly connecting brand PR, social media acceleration, and global experiential marketing. Acting as the global lead for brand visibility and engagement, you will develop and implement a consistent, world-class earned media strategy that resonates across regions while allowing for local adaptation. Your ultimate goal will be to drive cultural relevance, strengthen brand equity, and deliver measurable business results through earned channels.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Earned Media and Experiential Manager

  • Lead a high-performing global team of experts across Brand PR, experiential marketing, and social media, setting vision, providing strategic direction, and ensuring alignment to brand goals
  • Inspire and coach your team to deliver best-in-class earned media strategies, impactful brand experiences, and socially engaging content
  • Build a collaborative, performance-driven culture rooted in creativity, accountability, and shared success
  • Develop global frameworks, toolkits, and campaign playbooks that empower markets to activate locally with strategic consistency
  • Define and guide the global social media editorial strategy, aligning across earned, owned, and paid content, with a focus on TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Lead the vision and execution for global brand activations, events, and sponsorships—working with your team to deliver experiences that resonate with audiences and amplify brand impact
  • Act as the central connector between HQ and regional teams, facilitating knowledge-sharing, capability building, and consistent delivery of global brand standards
  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive planning and flawless execution across all earned media and experiential touchpoints
  • Foster team growth and development through ongoing coaching, clear goal-setting and feedback

What will make you successful

  • Established experience in earned media, Brand PR, social media, and/or experiential marketing roles within global brands (FMCG, beauty, tech, lifestyle)
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling influencer-led strategies and culture-first campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms (especially TikTok) and influencer ecosystems
  • Excellent team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; experienced in matrixed global organizations
  • Analytical and creative thinker with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English required, any other language is an asset
