Your tasks - what you can expect from us
- Operational handling of purchasing processes: Ordering, deadline tracking, invoice verification
- Ensuring material availability and inventory optimization
- Maintenance of master data and articles in the ERP system
- Disposition and offer comparisons
- Close cooperation with warehouse, quality assurance and production
- Active participation in the further development of our procurement processes
Your profile - what you bring to the table
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial experience in purchasing or materials management desirable
- Technical understanding? Great – but not a must!
- Enjoy organizing, have a good understanding of numbers and work independently
- Confident in using MS Office, initial ERP knowledge an advantage
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a desire to take on responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English is a plus
