The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 149,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support our Subspecialty Society & Congress Services team.

Tasks

• Society administration (incl. support to the board and committees)
• Office administration (scheduling and organising meetings, data administration and file management)
• Members and participants support (e.g. administration, correspondence, registration)
• Organisation and onsite management of the annual congress, meetings, workshops, webinars, etc.
• Design and preparation of print media
• Marketing, PR and communication (e.g. website management, social media, mailings)
• Cooperation with industry partners
• Preparation of financial overviews (incl. budgets, preparations for accounting, etc.)

Requirements

• Excellent command of English (at least C1)
• Additional languages are beneficial
• Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in society or event management is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Strong organisational skills
• Willingness to travel (within Europe)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (38,5h) is at least € 2,500.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications and can be negotiated.
