Your job: help them do their best work, remove what's in the way, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.

This isn't a corporate Agile role. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply human.

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that actually add value – stand-ups, planning, retros that people leave energized, not drained
• Spot and remove blockers before they slow the team down
• Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams – because our sprints span all three
• Keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead
• Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team

• You've worked as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator – ideally in a hardware or engineering-heavy environment
• You're calm under pressure and direct without being aggressive
• You coach, you don't control – you know the difference
• You're genuinely curious about the product, not just the process
• CSM, PSM or equivalent is a plus – but how you work matters more than what's on your certificate
• Fluent English; German is a bonus
