iO Associates is partnering with a global leader in hospitality technology, headquartered in Europe, whose innovative SaaS solutions support hotel operations in over 190 countries.
In this role, you will lead a talented tech team and drive the successful delivery of high-impact projects in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers.
- Align technical solutions with business goals alongside Product Owners.
- Deliver scalable, cloud-based architectures.
- Advocate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
- Stay hands-on throughout development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Java backend with Spring/Spring Boot.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Skilled in REST APIs, microservices, and hibernate.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools like Maven/Jenkins.
- Comfortable with relational databases and Git.
