Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Administration: Prepare accurate meeting agendas and slides, take notes, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Project Management: Support the organization of tasks and deadline management efficiently to complete projects on schedule
• Coordination: Provide regular team updates and generate status reports to keep stakeholders informed
• Reporting: Produce weekly dashboards and summary reports, highlighting key trends and risks, and support quarterly business reviews
• Meeting Readiness: Prepare high-quality slides, agendas, and briefings, and ensure action item closure after meetings

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Education: Pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field
• Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and artificial intelligence, with knowledge of semiconductor concepts such as microcontrollers, power devices, sensors, and their applications in the automotive and industrial sectors
• Language Skills: Demonstrate fluency in English at a C1 level, with German knowledge being an advantage
• Problem-Solving: Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork: Exhibit high ownership, reliability, organization, and deadline management skills to effectively collaborate with others

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-c…).
