Your Tasks
- Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Create documentation that complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures

Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape and refine new
products, with a strong focus on user interface, ergonomics, and overall usability -
Conduct research on user needs in close collaboration with Product Management and R&D to drive user-centered
product development
Your Profile
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher (University, FH) in a technical or related
field, such as Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or another discipline
providing a solid technical foundation relevant to product development
and usability - Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an open, collaborative mindset
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities, combined with the capacity to manage projects independently
- Highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented working style
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus

Minimum Salary
Annual gross salary from
€ 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
