In this challenging and exciting job, you will be responsible for leading the demand and supply planning for Cartier’s Leather Goods collections (Bags, Small leather goods, Belts and High-End offer), in a unique context of accelerated supply chain transformation and sales development.

WHAT MAKES THIS POSITION UNIQUE?

You will manage short / mid and long-term demand and supply plan for Cartier Leather Goods, to support sales development and ensure optimal product availability in the network in accordance with stock policies.

With the support of a team of planners, you will orchestrate daily collaboration with international product marketing, sales merchandising, local markets, product development, industrial team and finance to build an ambitious and achievable plan; you provide regular appropriate communication and relevant analysis and recommendations.
In addition, you will prepare and animate various decision committees and transformation workshops on the category.

You will impulse and drive the transformation of our supply chain processes by challenging the status-quo, implementing new models for carry-over offer and one-shot collections, while balancing support to sales development and worldwide stock monitoring.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Demand Planning:

You oversee the management of the demand planning process:
- Based on strong business trends analysis, construction of short-term, medium-term and long-term sales forecasts at sub-category and reference level in collaboration with central marketing, sales merchandising and markets.
- Define and implement a strategic vision from S&OP process to sales forecast, from the first briefs up to the commercial launch.
- Sharing with local Supply Chain teams in regions the vision for the Leather Goods Category and building together action plans to reach sales targets.
- Define new collections sizing with sales merchandising and local markets and drive quantity consolidation during semestrial showrooms.
- Animate the life cycle management process; consider and present alternative scenarios to optimize stock quality and financial impacts, while maximizing sell-through for One-shot / keep-in-merch collections.


Supply Planning:

You oversee the production plan of finished products with our internal industrial teams, balancing novelties planning and time-to-market, suppliers’ capacity and worldwide stock policies, in a context of significant growth.
You and your team are:
- involved in the building and follow-up of novelties planning in coordination with marketing, development, production teams and coordinate appropriate decision-making to ensure impactful launches in our boutiques.
- responsible for pre-buy processes and final quantities to produce for all novelties.

Planning and Reporting tools:

You will optimize our planning and reporting tools to make the best of our data, improve connectivity and transparency with the other teams, and globally gain in flexibility, speed and reactivity.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

- You have an engineering degree in Supply Chain or any similar scientific field, and 10+ years’ experience in operational supply chain activities, with strong experience in soft luxury environment,
- You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to lead decision-making processes and drive our supply chain transformation.
- People define you with excellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical teams, and a special ability to influence and find consensus with various interlocutors.
- You have project and people management experience: as a manager, you will be in charge to provide support to the team and make them grow.
- You are both fluent in English and in French, and a strong ability to explain clearly and simply complex topics. Speaking Italian would be a plus.
