In this role, you'll:
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality
- Oversee design, validation, and supplier readiness from prototype through Start of Production
- Solve problems fast - from part shortages to quality issues - keeping the program on track
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards
- Coordinate with global teams and travel to plants, suppliers, and testing sites as needed
What you bring:
- 12+ years of automotive or manufacturing launch experience
- Proven success delivering complex systems or full vehicle programs
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Technical expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and launch readiness processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
