In this role, you'll:

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality
• Oversee design, validation, and supplier readiness from prototype through Start of Production
• Solve problems fast - from part shortages to quality issues - keeping the program on track
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards
• Coordinate with global teams and travel to plants, suppliers, and testing sites as needed

What you bring:

• 12+ years of automotive or manufacturing launch experience
• Proven success delivering complex systems or full vehicle programs
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Technical expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and launch readiness processes
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
