Proclinical is seeking an Automation Expert to join a dynamic team in Switzerland. In this role, you will contribute to exciting projects such as technology transfers and the introduction of new technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex automation systems within a collaborative environment, driving innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and update automation-related specifications.
• Perform off-line and on-line coding, testing, and peer reviews.
• Design, develop, and execute Automation Change Records (ACRs), Quality Change Records, and control qualification/commissioning test documentation.
• Act as the automation lead for unit operations, ensuring efficient issue resolution and change implementation for large-scale projects.
• Assess proposed changes and evaluate discrepancies during manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and system malfunctions or failures.
• Contribute to the development of site-wide policies and standards for automation.
• Implement innovative approaches to enhance quality and efficiency within the automation field.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong expertise in DeltaV for one candidate.
• Strong expertise in MES PharmaSuite for the other candidate.
• Business fluency in English is required.
• Proven experience in automation systems, including coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lead and manage automation-related projects effectively.
• Familiarity with quality and commissioning documentation processes.
