What you will do:

• Independent operation and execution of upstream related activities according to specified instructions (manufacturing protocols / operating instructions / work instructions / SOP)

• Safe and correct execution of work in compliance with safety regulations, taking into account the cGMP quality requirements

• Responsibility for cleanliness and order at the workplace as well as the assigned rooms and storage areas

• Performing monitoring, maintenance, and cleaning tasks, as well as reporting and rectifying defects and malfunctions in the facility, including their documentation

• Every employee is involved as an equal team member through their active participation in continuous improvement processes

What we are looking for:

• Completed professional training (Apprenticeship)

• Chemical or pharmaceutical-technical training as well as GMP and/or BICO training advantageous

• Good skills in speaking, writing, and comprehension in German or English required.

• Accurate work and documentation practices

• Execution of tasks with a high level of safety and quality awareness

• Willingness to work shifts (4-shift operation) with flexibility in work scheduling
