Zur Umsetzung unserer zahlreichen Wachstumsprojekte suchen wir für unser Engineering-Team am Standort Visp: Bauleiter/in mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von komplexen Infrastrukturprojekten vorzugsweise in der Pharma- oder Lebensmittelindustrie.
Aufgaben:
- Leitung und Steuerung von Baustellen während der Bau- und Installationsphase
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Planvorgaben, Standards und Projektanforderungen
- Überwachung von Kosten, Terminplanung und Qualität während der gesamten Bauphase
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Koordination aller Sicherheitsaufgabe auf der Baustelle
- Einforderung, Prüfung und Freigabe sämtlicher Sicherheits- und Montagekonzepte (SiMoKos) in Zusammenarbeit mit der/dem Sicherheitsspezialisten/-in
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Baustellenbegehungen, um die Wirksamkeit und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorgaben zu überprüfen
- Aktive Unterstützung im Beschaffungsprozess und Sicherstellung, dass sicherheitsrelevante Aspekte für die Baustelle vollständig in die Leistungsverzeichnisse und Arbeitsumfänge integriert werden
- Mitarbeit bei Submissionen, Bewertung und Vergabe von Aufträgen in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Einkauf
- Organisation und Durchführung von Bauabnahmen am Ende eines Projekts
- Verantwortung für die Behebung von Mängeln und die Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Mängelfreiheit
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung kleinerer Investitions- oder Instandhaltungsprojekte im Fachbereich Bau
Fähigkeiten:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauleiter/in, Architekt/in oder Bauingenieur/in
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Infrastrukturprojekten
- Erfahrung im Pharma-Umfeld von Vorteil
- Deutschkenntnisse mind. Stufe C1; Englischkenntnisse mind. Stufe B1
