What you’ll do:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CQV, CSV, and small‑device specialists, including hiring and qualification.

• Define and implement the CQV/CSV strategy for Advanced Synthesis Conjugates facilities in alignment with the Lonza Visp site.

• Provide CQV/CSV expertise for equipment, utilities, clean rooms, and small devices, acting as the interface between engineering and operations.

• Make strategic decisions on CQV/CSV standards and approaches during project engineering phases.

• Ensure quality and compliance in commissioning, qualification, validation, and support GMP risk assessments.

• Serve as SME for designated areas, support audits and inspections, and contribute to CQV standards development.

• Manage resources, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong communication and collaboration across Manufacturing, QA, QC, Support Functions, and Engineering.

What we are looking for:

• Proven leader in CQV/CSV within biopharma or advanced synthesis environments.

• Strong background in cGMPs.

• Proficient knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.

• Proven leadership skills with a strong team orientation.

• Outstanding communication skills for internal and external interactions.

• Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.

• Agile, highly motivated, and driven to succeed.

• Proficient in German with strong English communication skills.
