We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Logistics Systems Specialist in Visp to support and optimize our logistics and operations systems within a highly regulated pharmaceutical production environment. What you’ll do:
Ensure smooth operation of logistics processes in SAP/EWM and MES within a GMP‑regulated environment
Manage user and role administration in SAP and MES (onboarding, offboarding, periodic reviews) in accordance with SOPs
Provide first‑ and second‑level system support for Logistics and Operations, including structured issue analysis, documentation, and escalation
Deliver end‑user support, training, and coaching to ensure correct, efficient, and GMP‑compliant system usage
Maintain and manage material, equipment, and inventory master data in SAP and MES
Monitor and support SAP–MES interfaces, including troubleshooting, documentation, and follow‑up
Create, process, and track Change Requests (CRs), CAPAs, and tasks in TrackWise, ensuring timely completion
Support the definition of KPIs, perform data analyses, and develop Power BI dashboards for transparent performance monitoring
Coordinate and support GMP‑relevant hardware, including label printers, RF devices, and HMI stations
What we’re looking for:
Completed technical education, ideally with a focus on logistics, IT, or production
Experience with SAP/EWM, MES and GMP‑regulated processes
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured working style
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in English and German is required
