Our Client, a global leading company is looking for a Plant/Facility Manager or a Betriebs-/Anlagemeister

• Active participation in the design, preparation, and technical assessment of new projects, ensuring that all system requirements are met and that future production runs can be executed smoothly.

• Providing operational and organizational support throughout ongoing manufacturing activities, including supervising processes outside standard working hours to maintain safety and production continuity.

• Developing documentation in alignment with cGMP standards, working closely with the plant lead, R&D teams, and operational biotechnologists to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Delivering equipment-specific guidance and conducting production-related training sessions for operators during active manufacturing phases.

• Overseeing adherence to operational guidelines and production instructions, and taking corrective action whenever deviations or irregularities occur.

• Facilitating clear communication and information flow within the operational team to maintain alignment and efficiency.

• Driving continuous optimization of systems, workflows, and procedures, applying methodologies such as 6S, Lean Six Sigma, and KAIZEN, while consistently observing safety, hygiene, environmental, and quality regulations.

• Completed technical education or training, such as vocational training, an advanced professional examination, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Experience in the production of chemical or biotechnological products—or alternatively within the food industry—would be an advantage.

• Ideally, you bring initial exposure to an ISO‑ and/or GMP‑regulated production environment.

• You possess solid basic skills in MS Office (particularly Excel and Word) and demonstrate a strong affinity for electronic systems and digital applications.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as good command of English, are required.

•  Willingness to participate in on-call duty is essential.
