Production Scheduler (m/f/d)

Tasks :

• Build, update, and communicate short‑term production schedules across relevant departments.

• Incorporate inputs from Procurement, Production, Development, and Supply Planning to ensure realistic, achievable plans.

• Balance demand priorities with efficient sequencing and resource utilization.

• Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly with cross‑functional teams.

• Maintain planning parameters and master data to support accurate system scheduling.

• Monitor production performance, material consumption, and quality data to identify trends and drive improvements.

• Provide schedule data for MRP and support accurate BOMs, routings, and efficiency reporting.

Qualification:

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to define and interpret KPIs.

• Skilled in production scheduling systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to extract and analyze data using Business Intelligence tools.

• Clear communicator with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.

• English required; German is an advantage.
