Join our QC 24/7 Analytical Services team — the central hub for analytical support in biologics manufacturing at our Visp site. You will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely analytical results that enable reliable and safe production activities.

What you will do:

• Lead deviation management and drive corrective and preventive actions within your assigned area.

• Create, review, and approve DMS documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives for QC 24/7 processes.

• Perform essential tasks in the LIMS system to support laboratory workflows.

• Implement operational changes within QC 24/7 to meet evolving business needs.

• Serve as the first point of contact for compliance topics within your responsibility.

What we are looking for:

• MSc or PhD in a scientific or technical field, such as pharmaceutical technology, biotechnology, chemistry, or process engineering.

• Experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably TrackWise.

• GMP knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive, flexible mindset.

• Excellent analytical and technical understanding.

• Business‑fluent English; German skills are a plus.
