What you'll do:
Review and approval of sampling documentation, creation and control of label data
Creation and maintenance of documentation for the control of retain, shipment and stability samples.
Project preparation, including provision of special material for aliquoting and control of packing lists
Support and implementation of training within the team
Support of QC Project lead in project organization
Data extraction from LIMS and MODA systems for analysis and reporting.
Ordering of materials as well as control of stock levels and expiration dates.
Support sample management and distribution, ensuring samples are properly tracked, logged, and delivered to the relevant departments.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to QC activities and protocols.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely communication and follow-up on QC-related matters.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence as needed.
Help organize and prioritize daily administrative duties to support the overall efficiency of the QC department.
What we're looking for:
Completed scientific education or comparable qualification.
Experience in quality control and laboratory processes.
Confident handling of Excel and data management systems such as LIMS and MODA.
Structured, precise and independent way of working.
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Very good written and spoken German and English.
