As an independent brand of RAS Technologies GmbH, we are launching a digital product on the market that simplifies a complex mandatory topic in a structured way. splix combines modern technology with Rau Arbeitsschutz’s decades of practical experience and makes occupational safety for small companies independent, understandable and suitable for everyday use.
Shortly before the market launch, splix is backed by an interdisciplinary team of around 15 people from product development, specialist knowledge and marketing. Now begins the phase in which a strong product becomes a visible brand.
Video plays a central role here. Our formats are not an accompanying medium, but a key component of our communication strategy and a decisive growth driver. From organic social reels to YouTube long-form formats and podcasts to scalable paid ads, we develop content that builds reach, delivers performance and generates measurable impact. We test and optimize new formats based on data.
To this end, we are creating a role with clear operational responsibility for our entire video and content area. You will build structures, develop formats and ensure that good content becomes relevant content.
