In this role, you will drive integrated communications for SAP’s People & Culture Board Area, with a focus on leadership and change topics. You will develop and execute strategic communication plans that strengthen leadership engagement, enable cultural transformation, and support SAP’s People Agenda. Your work will connect executives, managers, and employees by creating narratives that clarify direction, foster trust, and build resilience through change. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating stakeholder communications, ensuring consistency across channels, and providing strategic advice to senior leaders. By aligning business priorities with impactful communication strategies, you will help shape how SAP’s transformation is understood, embraced, and lived across the organization.
What you bring
- Experience (e.g. internships, trainee programs, or a few years in communications, HR, or related fields)
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages Competence in using communication tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office, SharePoint, digital collaboration tools)
- Experience with analytics or measurement is a plus Ability to work independently on assigned sub-projects within defined processes and to contribute to project milestones
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with moderate complexity
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across functions and building constructive working relationships Clear and effective communication style, with openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Curiosity and motivation to grow into leadership & change communications with a focus on strategy and stakeholder management
