What you'll do

  • Support the team members and customer-facing roles (e.g., Account Managers, Technical Quality Managers, Enterprise Architects) within their customer engagements with operational tasks
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentations, reports, and meetings
  • Perform research, data analysis, and documentation to support decision-making
  • Help coordinate communications and information flow within the Customer Engagement Advisory team and with stakeholders across regions
  • Contribute to ongoing strategic initiatives (e.g., process optimization, data quality improvements, tool development)

What you bring

  • Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied science
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, or SAP products is a plus
  • Language skills: Strong communication skills in English and German
  • Excellent organizational, customer-centric and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Team player mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Customer Engagement Advisory (CEA) is part of SAP’s Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) organization. Our mission is to help customers thrive in the cloud and transform into intelligent enterprises by delivering impactful, end-to-end advisory services.

We Connect. Engage. Advise —driving customer success through tailored guidance and strategic collaboration.

Within CEA, the Liaison Management team supports front-roles working with Premium Engagement customers in the MEE (Middle and Eastern Europe) region. We also play a key role in driving internal strategic initiatives and fostering continuous improvement across our services.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
