What you'll do
We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) who enjoys assisting with varied engagement(s), project(s) and/or program(s) and interacting with other colleagues and different stakeholders SAP-wide. The main area of responsibility will be the support of our internal team to enhance the standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
The related tasks include, but may not be limited to:
- Create and maintain work instructions and enablement materials for end-users
- Provide project management support within the framework of program management
- Consolidate backlogs and handle project tasks effectively
- Offer qualified advice to the project team on process and tool (ServiceNow) usage and compliance
- Continuously strive to optimize and promote the adoption of processes and tools
- Leverage on AI technologies
This position will provide you:
- Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of global IT projects
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes
- Comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SAP Business Processes
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Bachelor or Master students of Business, Engineering or Information Technology with at least 3 semesters left to finish their studies
- Computer Skills: MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
- Beneficial: Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ ITOM) processes
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English. German would be beneficial
- Soft Skills: Attentions to details, curiosity, and willingness to learn about new technologies, concepts, and tools. Goal-oriented team player with excellent communication skills and able to work independently and in a proactive way
- Bachelor students are welcome! Working remotely from Germany is possible!
Meet your team
The Service Management Processes & Solutions team is engaged in a global IT project aimed at simplifying and harmonizing business processes, as well as integrating a new ITSM system across the entire SAP landscape. The ultimate goal is to achieve a fully integrated end-to-end IT Service Management Solution, employing the same technology for all ticket types. This will be accomplished by harmonizing processes across all Lines of Business, leveraging a modern cloud architecture.
