What you will do

We are seeking a PMO to support the Program Management Office in monitoring project performance, insightful reporting to stakeholders.

• Track project status, risks, issues, and deliverables across portfolios.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports
• Facilitate regular project review meetings and prepare documentation.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Engineering, Computer science
• Computer skills: Microsoft, reporting tools
• Language skills: fluent in English, both written and verbal; German as a plus
• Soft skills: openminded, team player, proactive, motivated
• Others: hands on on JIRA would be helpfu
• The position is opened for location Walldorf, Germany

Vision : Establish reliable and trustworthy program management team to support faster, high-quality and integrated product outcomes.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
