What you'll build

Project scope and deliverables:

• Support customer visits and demos – from prep to delivery
• Help craft stories and presentations that make complex topics simple
• Contribute to event planning and coordination (agendas, logistics, room setup)
• Enhance content quality (e.g., refining PowerPoint decks used in sessions)
• Explore and draft new technical concepts/prototypes under guidance
• Capture insights and follow-ups from sessions to improve our impact

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Bachelor or Master student in Business Informatics (preferred), Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or International Management
• Proactive self-starter who takes ownership
• Well-spoken communicator (comfortable with live interactions)
• Hands-on mindset – equally happy to set up a room or tune a demo
• Quality-focused with an eye for clean, concise slides (PowerPoint)
• Curious & tech-open – willing to try, test, and iterate
• Team player who goes the extra mile for customers and colleagues
• Comming to the Office in Munich is required

Nice to Have

• Basic familiarity with SAP products or enterprise software (you’ll learn a lot here!)
• Interest in experience design, demos, or prototyping
• Comfort with English and/or German in a business context

Welcome to the SAP Experience Centers – a global network of immersive innovation spaces where customers and partners engage with SAP’s latest solutions through hands-on demos, real-world use cases, and interactive showcases.

You’ll be joining the Experience Content & Labs team, the creative force behind the content, strategy, and continuous evolution of these centers. We shape impactful customer journeys and bring SAP’s innovations to life. We're looking for enthusiastic team players who are excited to support customer engagements, help prepare inspiring meeting experiences, and contribute to the development of new use cases that demonstrate the real value of SAP technology.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
