What you'll do

• Support the Procurement team with recurring tasks such as contract and KPI management (e.g. savings, rebates)
• Prepare and analyze reports and procurement-related data; derive insights and support team decisions
• Act as a team consultant for operational topics and help improve ways of working
• Contribute to procurement projects as a project member or lead selected workstreams independently
• Assist in organizing and facilitating team calls, meetings, and internal communications.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably in the first or second semester.
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Finance or relatable.
• Computer skills: MS Office especially Excel and PPT
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for clear, effective communication and documentation
• Initiative-driven with a strong willingness to learn and explore new skills.

We are a global, strategic procurement team with a strong commitment to driving value, innovation, and sustainability across the business. As a multi-national team, we act as trusted partners to our stakeholders, enabling growth through smart sourcing strategies and impactful supplier collaborations.
Tasks / Daily Business:

• Strategic sourcing and supplier management for Marketing Procurement and Real Estate & Facility Procurement
• Development and execution of global category strategies
• Management of contracts, negotiations, and supplier performance
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet business needs and optimize value
• Support of transformation initiatives and procurement excellence

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
