What you'll build

• Supporting the Program Manager and program management team in day to day activities
• Preparing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, and reviews
• Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow up actions
• Managing communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting tracking of milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as calendar management and documentation archiving

What you bring

• Focus on Project management
• Preferred fields of study: Informatics or software developer
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Java, know the reporting tools,
• MS Project, Planner, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
• SharePoint for document storage and archiving
• Power BI or Excel for dashboards (basic reporting knowledge)
• Language skills: (written and verbal) English
• Soft skills: Team player, presentations
• Working from Walldorf office is required
