What you'll do
As a working student, you will support the team with a mix of organizational, analytical, and design-related tasks across our service operations. This includes contributing to projects, creating clear and engaging presentations, 3D assets or visuals (e.g. in PowerPoint or Figma), and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your input will help streamline processes and bring structure and creativity into our daily work.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support internal and external communications for SAP Services
- Design engaging communication assets and mock-ups that promote and align with SAP’s Services strategy
- Develop concepts and visual designs for digital and print products and publications
- Contributing to the development of 3D visualizations and assets
- Collaborate effectively with developers and technical teams to discuss and align on visual concepts and solutions at a technical level
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: design-related study program such as Visual Communication, Communication Design, Media Design, or a similar field
- Computer skills: Adobe Photoshop, CAD, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with Figma is a plus
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
- Soft skills: Collaborative team player, creative thinker, confident presenter

You’ll be joining a collegial Services Delivery Team that values clarity, respect, and open communication. We work cross-functionally with experts from IT, Services Business and Stakeholders – all committed to developing secure and sustainable solutions. Whether working on-site in Walldorf, you will be a valued member of the team from day one, with close support during onboarding and ongoing collaboration.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages
