What you'll do

You will be working closely with the Lead of a SAP corporate functions strategy, transformation and programs team. You will gain first-hand insights into how such large and strategic initiatives are managed including stakeholder management and key communication activities. Amongst other topics, you will support the preparations and follow-ups of strategy oriented meetings, maintain and further improve key communication assets and engage with key stakeholders.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
• Language skills: Proficient in English
• Computer skills: PowerPoint; Knowledge in the following is a plus (not mandatory): MS Teams & SharePoint
• Soft skills: creative and strategic thinker, motivated to work on impactful initiatives, can-do attitude

Meet your team

We are the Strategy, Transformation and Programs (ST&P) team, part of the Strategy & Operations Board area at SAP. Our core responsibility is to steer the definition and execution of SAP’s Finance and Human Resources strategies, working closely with key stakeholders from the Strategy & Operation Board area. Our services include regular strategy updates, managing Quarterly Strategy Reviews and steering meetings, portfolio, resource management and alignment, defining and monitoring success measures, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects.
