Your mission:

In this role you lead the recruitment and selection of future air traffic controller students with strategic vision, operational excellence, and a passion for developing top talent in a safety-critical environment.

Your tasks:

• Lead and inspire a small, dedicated team responsible for identifying and selecting the next generation of air traffic controllers (ATCO)
• Design and continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent
• Strive for long-term success in close collaboration with Operational Training (OT) and partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding
• Drive innovation in assessment tools, outreach campaigns, and the overall candidate experience
• Actively engage in recruiting activities for ATCO students

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in aviation-related recruitment and good knowledge of selection methodologies
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on, solution-oriented approach
• Motivation: you see purpose in what you do and take initiative to move things forward

• Excellent communication skills in German and French (C1), and English (B2)
