As part of the group, Ventum Digital Identity Services focuses on Identity & Access Management and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients.

To strengthen our growing team in Poland, we are looking for an IAM Consultant / Systems Engineer with a focus on MidPoint.

• Design and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Configuration and customization of the MidPoint platform
  
• Integration of IAM systems with enterprise applications and directories (e.g., Active Directory, APIs)
  
• Implementation of identity lifecycle processes (Joiner–Mover–Leaver)
• Development of role and access governance models
• Troubleshooting and optimization of IAM environments
• Collaboration with clients and internal teams on IAM architecture and solution design
• Participation in IAM implementation projects across different industries

As an IAM Consultant, you will work on the design and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with international teams and support customers in building secure and scalable identity management architectures.

You will work remotely from Poland, while collaborating closely with our international IAM team.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Experience in Identity & Access Management projects
• Solid knowledge of Java
• Experience with IAM technologies (MidPoint is a strong advantage)
• Understanding of system integrations (LDAP, REST APIs, directories)
• Experience with agile software development is beneficial
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
