Then you are exactly who we´re looking for! We are seeking an experienced Garage Support Representative (m/f/d) who wants to take their expertise from the workshop into an exciting new direction and to take the next step in their career.

Use your expertise and become a part of our team, where each colleague shares an automotive background, whether as a mechanic, mechatronics expert, or in other specialized fields, covering various vehicle manufacturers. The tasks are diverse - beyond core responsibilities, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different departments, adding even more variety to your daily work routine.

Job Description 

Working alongside your experienced team, you ensure that we can provide our workshop customers with technical support for their requests.

  • You will support our workshop customers with questions about diagnostics and repairs for cars and commercial vehicles from all major manufacturers.

  • You will handle technical customer inquiries by phone, email, and through the ticket system.

  • You will independently and competently analyze inquiries and problems and coordinate their resolution in dialogue with customers.

  • You will document inquiries in the ticket system and work on its continuous maintenance and further development.

  • Continuous training is a matter of course for you to stay up to date with the latest technology.

Your Qualification

  • You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, master craftsman, or service technician and have several years of experience in an automotive workshop.

  • You have excellent automotive diagnostic skills and experience with various vehicle brands.

  • You are friendly, open-minded, and service-oriented. The customer is your top priority.

  • With your quick comprehension and strong quality awareness, you work diligently and independently.

  • You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, committed, and able to work under pressure.

  • You have strong communication skills with fluent German and good English (B2) or higher, optionally Spanish.

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).

Contract title: your position is part of our job profile "Data Specialist (m/f/d)”. Our generic job profiles compare groups of employees with similar tasks that are part of the same area of responsibility/team. The displayed title above ensures that you can find us.

Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Company credit card for travel: whenever you travel a lot you know the struggle. You have to cover travel costs. Never do that again. With your company credit card your cash stays with you as long as you hand in your expense bill promptly.

Location-independency/flexibility:

Hybrid Remote: we work remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere within the country of your employment; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

‍ Set-up: notebook, headset and mouse will be provided, other equipment upon request/need.

Vacation: 30 days a year.
