Your new design space

In this responsible key position, you will be responsible for the overall management of the technical department and actively shape the structural future of our company.

• Overall responsibility for the technical department
  You will lead your team professionally, in terms of personnel and organization and develop it further in a targeted manner.
• Client representation and project management
  You will be responsible for comprehensive new construction, renovation and modernization projects – from planning to successful completion.
• Coordination of external partners
  You manage and coordinate all the specialist planners, service providers and companies involved and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
• Further development of structures and processes
  You design and optimize technical processes and the organization of your department in the long term.
• Interface management
  As the central point of contact, you clarify technical issues in close coordination with the management and the commercial department.
• Project controlling and budget responsibility
  You keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality, manage projects economically and ensure transparent reporting.

In addition to sound technical expertise, you will also bring leadership skills and a creative spirit to this responsible position:

• Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering (specializing in structural engineering)
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial role, ideally in the planning, project management and construction management of residential construction projects – including confident handling of cost and deadline management
• Sound knowledge of construction and public procurement law, in particular in the areas of HOAI, VOB, BauGB and the relevant technical standards and regulations
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working, paired with a pronounced solution orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident handling of common IT applications (in particular MS Office, ERP systems), ideally supplemented by knowledge of Wodis Yuneo
• Personally, you have an independent, reliable and precise way of working, a confident and engaging demeanor as well as a strong team spirit and service orientation
• High affinity for digital solutions and technical developments
• Class B driving license
