Responsibilities arrow_right
- You support the planning, preparation and follow-up of workshops, alignment meetings and steering committee sessions within an SAP HR project environment
- You prepare and maintain meeting overviews, agendas and action item trackers to ensure transparency and follow-up
- You create and maintain project and process documentation
- You prepare and visualize key project insights (e.g. project status, milestones and decision requirements) for management and steering presentations
- You support the implementation of change and communication activities, including the preparation of information materials and FAQs
- You contribute to organizational and administrative project topics
- You collaborate closely with HR, IT and other stakeholders across functions
Qualifications arrow_right
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Psychology, Communication or Media Studies, or a comparable field
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office applications and MS Teams
- You are able to structure and communicate complex information in a clear and concise way
- You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Ideally, you have gained initial exposure to project work, preferably in an HR or IT-related environment
- You are interested in change management, organizational development and transformation topics
- A basic understanding of HR processes or payroll is considered an asset
