Your tasks:

• Purchasing and awarding of contracts Shipping freight and tours
• creation from Delivery notes and Invoices
• Daily Customer notification and coordination of delivery dates
• Complaint Processing: and the creation of credit notes
• Maintenance and updates customer master data
• Leading Sales lists, Statistics and price lists
• Tightness Collaboration with the Sales and purchasing – order entry and processing

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training – Freight forwarding clerk (male/female) advantageous
• Work experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping processing
• Confident demeanor and Enjoying customer contact
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Team player with a self-employed and responsible Operation
