Your contribution to success
- Professional telephone and written customer support for technical inquiries from business and private customers
- Sales consulting and support for company projects with specialist and product knowledge
- Technical support for inquiries regarding offers and tenders (product selection, alternative items) and internal contact person for clarification issues (data sheets, specifications, etc.)
- Support with minor administrative tasks (conversions, installations, etc.)
- General activities within the scope of the area of responsibility
Your success factors
- Enjoyment of customer service
- Experience in service professions is an advantage
- Communicative, customer-oriented manner
- Good IT skills and good written and spoken German
- Precise, structured, and independent working style
