• You develop, customize, and maintain proALPHA—from modules and interfaces to reports.
• You analyze business processes in production, purchasing, logistics, and sales—and implement technical improvements.
• With Qlik, you develop dashboards, KPIs, and BI solutions that enable data-driven decisions.
• You manage user and rights structures, support rollouts, and are responsible for releases.
• You train key users and other users—as a coach, sparring partner, and translator between IT and the specialist department.
• You document solutions and processes and ensure continuous further development.

• Completed training or degree, e.g., in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or similar.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally proALPHA) or high motivation to learn ERP programming.
• Understanding of business processes such as production, purchasing, logistics, and sales—and enjoyment in optimizing them.
• Analytical thinking, service-oriented approach to work, and willingness to take on responsibility.
• Strong communication skills, confident presentation skills, team-oriented – and able to translate IT logic into technical language.
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage.
