• support and further development of our ERP system proALPHA and our BI tool Qlik
• analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• configuration, implementation and customizing of functions in proALPHA and Qlik
• administration and maintenance of user and rights structures
• assisting with release changes, system enhancements and rollouts
• planning and conducting training courses for key users and users
• independent implementation and management of ERP and BI projects

• completed training with a focus on IT, business informatics or business administration (e.g. FH, HTL)
• initial experience in the field of ERP systems - ideally in a production company - advantageous
