Role Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern, user-friendly desktop UIs using C# and WPF
• Translate usage requirements into interface concepts and working prototypes
• Contribute to style guides and maintain consistency across UI/UX patterns
• Collaborate with product management, QA, and other R&D teams
• Take part in reviewing and maintaining large-scale legacy systems (multi-million LOC)

Ideal Profile:

• Strong background in .NET/C# software engineering
• Solid experience with WPF and Windows desktop application development
• Proven UI/UX design experience (mockups, design systems, interaction principles)
• Excellent communicator – able to work cross-functionally and explain complex concepts clearly (In German) – documentation & meetings are in German
• Experience in Medical, Scientific or hardware-integrated software is advantageous
