Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

As account receivable & billing, you will be part of the broader accounting/finance team in our HQ being responsible to liaise with diverse stakeholders and clients across DO & CO Group for the accurate preparation and submitting specific invoices, correctly billing our clients for the goods and services we provided over our 3 different business lines. You will be great support of the accounting department in the HQ with bank communication, administration and maintenance of master data.

We refine the classics, develop the unknown and grow constantly – sometimes beyond our own expectations.

Qualifications

A day as an Accounts Receivable & Billing:

• Posting of bank documents, master data maintenance as well as dunning
• Ongoing Billing of outgoing invoices to customers in the event catering sector, such as hotels, restaurants and lounges
• Generate accounts statements while performing account reconciliations
• Support the broader team with investigations and resolving any irregularities or queries regarding payments, invoices, and billing mistakes
• Exchange of data and constant coordination with operational managers across the business
• Maintenance of the open item lists and aging lists of our customers
• Part of the global Intercompany invoicing team such as reconciliation
• Supporting year-end related matters such as correspondence with external auditors

Who you are:

• 3-5 years experience working with Accounts Receivable or Billing departments required
• Structured, independent approach to work as well as solution-oriented, analytical thinking and strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
• English is our main team language; German is required for international collaboration. Strong skills in both languages are desired.
