Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Tender Process Support: Support the preparation and submission of tender offers, analyze the implementation of awarded tenders
- Customer Inquiry Management: Provide assistance regarding customer inquiries concerning the overall Hospital Portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities with departments such as Finance, Supply, Legal, and Market Access concerning hospital accounts and tenders
- Hospital Account Planning: Support the development, review, and optimization of account plans within the hospital segment.
- Promotional Material Clearances: Support the Re-Clearances of promotional materials and assist in maintaining and updating the HCP portal.
- Meeting Organization: Provide organizational support for meetings, particularly Cycle Meetings.
- Material Creation: Assist in the creation of smaller promotional items and reference materials.
- Congress Support: Conduct research on new ideas/reference materials and assist with submissions and organizational tasks for congresses.
- Documentation: Support the compliant documentation of all activities.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills and a strong affinity for numbers are mandatory.
- Highly proficient in MS Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting is required.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. German proficiency would be good
- Project management skills or a highly structured and independent working style.
- Proactive willingness to quickly deep-dive into diverse and complex areas (Tender, Hospital Market, Marketing/Compliance).
- Education: Student studying, or a degree in Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
- Motivated team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to implement topics proactively

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is EUR 47.532,24/year (on a full-time basis).
In most cases, however, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
